Are you feeling anxious, stressed, and not good enough?

You may be someone who takes on too many tasks and responsibilities at work, setting very high standards for yourself. At the same time you are under a lot of pressure to perform well, and be the one who has it all together. While at home and in your relationships, you are the one who usually takes care of others, and you often say ‘yes’ when you mean ‘no’.

But underneath it all, you:

  • doubt yourself and lot and you spend too much time over-preparing for tasks and checking things you have done over and over to make sure they are ‘perfect’

  • are afraid of being found out and being seen as an imposter,

  • struggle standing up to people at work who mistreat you

  • feel unheard and unsupported by those around you

  • have trouble communicating what you want and need,

  • often criticise yourself, telling yourself you are not good enough.

As a result, you may be feeling lonely, anxious, and burnt out

If you find yourself saying yes to any of the above, I know that can be very challenging. You may feel like you are self-sabotaging, you tell yourself other people are doing better, and you try hard to avoid being seen to be struggling.

How I Can Help

I adapt the way I work to your needs and situation. But overall, in our work together, you can expect: talk therapy, mindfulness, and parts work.

Together we will uncover unhelpful beliefs and patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you, find ways to manage current overwhelming feelings and thoughts, and make meaning out of your current struggles. I also work relationally, meaning that I will engage with you to develop a relationship that serves our work.

If this sounds good, you can book an introductory call with me. After that, if you decide to give therapy a go, you can book a session during our call or let me know afterwards. I will do my best to offer you a slot that works best for you.
