I’m a qualified counsellor experienced in supporting people with low self-esteem and anxiety.

In our sessions, I offer a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever feels heavy or confusing — your worries, challenges, or difficult experiences. My clients often tell me they value my gentle, grounded presence and the insightful questions that help them find clarity, shift perspective, and reconnect with themselves.a

My approach is collaborative and relational. I work by being fully present with you, listening deeply, and asking questions that invite new understanding. You lead the way, deciding what feels most important to explore, while I hold space for you and guide the process when it feels right. My intention is to build a relationship that helps you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life and self you wish to create.

I take great joy in witnessing the changes that unfold as my clients begin to see themselves with greater compassion, confidence, and clarity.

My Approach

I believe we often carry elements of our past into the present without realising it — old images, beliefs, or feelings that once protected us but may now hold us back. Sometimes, our pain is a signal that the way we see ourselves does not reflect who we truly are.

As your therapist, I will walk alongside you as you bring awareness to what no longer serves you, so you can reconnect with the authentic, whole self that’s been there all along.

I will tailor my approach to your situation and needs. We will go at a pace that is comfortable for you.

My training is in Psychosynthesis psychology, a gentle yet powerful approach to personal growth and healing.

Pain and trauma make us split off from our consciousness not only the most unbearable feelings, but also our innate goodness. All this has a purpose: our survival and social adaptation. However, Psychosynthesis believes that we are always called to retrieve what was lost and become more of our true selves.

It sees each person as a whole — not just your struggles, but also your strengths, values, and unique potential.

Psychosynthesis is about integrating more of ourselves, not necessarily getting rid of aspects of ourselves. It is about us becoming aware and to act from an empowered place. So Psychosynthesis psychotherapy aims to help you connect with your inner centre, that place in your that is always stable and able to observe without being reactive.

In our work together, we’ll explore both your past experiences and your current challenges, while also focusing on who you are becoming and the life you want to create.

Mindfulness and somatic (body-based) awareness - these practices can help us reconnect with the present moment and understand our emotions more fully.

Parts work - this is a gentle and empowering way to explore inner patterns that may shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

Creative - you can bring in your dreams and sometimes I incorporate art therapy tools.
